Location was great, clean facilities, breakfast was fair but decent. The only negative about this place was the walls were thin as you could hear footsteps and toilet flushing above us. The heating system in the room is loud when it turns on during the night.

Overall this was a great experience. The staff were super friendly and the rooms were clean. There were two minor issues (nothing that would keep me from going again or recommend it): 1) could hear loudly the people above us walking around 2) the air-conditioning unit was loud when it started and woke me up the first night until i got used to it

The staff was excellent. Very clean property and well maintained. Not far from town and a nice walk to it.

A great spot to access Acadia National Park and the downtown Bar Harbor area. Friendly front desk staff with helpful maps. The breakfast was good and the area was well maintained.
