when you come as a couple and get only one key for your room, room electricity, ski room, and your request for another key (plastic card) is rejected time after time the hotel is loosing lots of points for me. large but outdated rooms

Large room and good location

Nice hotel in good location. Our room was very large and overlooked the ski area. Breakfast was very extensive although the continental offering was better than the hot items. Spa area very good and reasonably priced treatments. Only negative was they tried to charge for parking which they did relent after some hassle but beware as Hotels.com state free parking but local policy is to charge.

Great place to stay

Had a great time with my family. Nice and polite people in the front desk, dining room and cleaning service. Clise to supermarket, drug store, coffee shop and on the slopes!

It is an amazing hotel, it’s our second time in the family suite and we love it. The food and staff and location is superb. The spa is great and the staff is wonderful. The only downside is related to room comfort. In the family room the shower by design doesn’t have a drain, instead the water are flowing towards the toilet where there’s a drain and so the room is flooded and u can’t take long showers after a skiing day. The bed is a bit too soft to our liking but the pillows especially needs to be much firmer, after a ski day it’s important to have good support for the back and neck
