The property and deluxe apartment was beautiful , except the TVs.We had 2 TVs in the living room area and one of the bedrooms.No cable, as it was stated on the website. I called front desk, because we wanted to watch the European soccer championship, which was on the Bulgarian national tv channel.We were told that “This is Bansko, no cable is available, so we need to connect our phones to the tv, which is “smart” tv” which is ridiculous .Turns out only the bedroom tv is “ smart” , so I called again and we were told” we are lucky to even have 2 tvs , so we need to watch the game in the bedroom “ I was outraged, so they sent up a manager I assume, which had no idea what she is doing trying connect the tv in living area.She was extremely rude and unprofessional “ If you don’t like it you are free to leave “😱I had stayed in many resorts and hotels, worked for Marriott hospitality for almost 10 years and never heard a hotel manager address a guest in that manner!!!Its a shame such a beautiful facility and such a poor customer service and bad management!

Dear Anonymous Mrs. Markova, Thanks for your time to write your opinion on our hotel, but you missed to mention three important details: 1) the TV program you would like to watch was on the second TV set in your apartment, but the TV location was not convinient from your point of view as it was in the bedroom ; 2)we offered to watch the program in question over the TV set convinient for you through the SMART function (it is really rediculous that such professional like you does not know how to use it). This did not suit you either :( Just for your knowledge: the standard for 3 star-hotels is to have 1 TV per apartment and Expedia web site reads that our hotel has satellite TV, not cable.3) The main thing: after your application to the reception at about 9 p.m. on Saturday regarding your intention to watch the particular program, we managed to arrange the technician to tune the the channel to your TV set specially for you and by 9:40 p.m., so that you could enjoy watching the channel wanted over the TV SET LOCATED IN THE PLACE CONVINIENT FOR YOU. Since this has not pleased you either, the offer of the manager of the hotel to try to find for you a 4-star hotel in this area with more convenient location of the TV sets seems to be absolutely logic and correct.

Spotless lovely hotel with wonderful owner Olga

The proprieties Olga could not have been nice and more accommodating. She personally greeted us and offered to make us dinner when we arrived our first evening and cooked us THE MOST delicious and generous breakfasts which we loved eating outdoors in the gorgeous rose garden. She was even lovely when we woke her in the middle of the night with a medical emergency. My only reservation is that the indoor pools were not open as indicated on Hotels.com but the little pool and jacuzzi outdoors were lovely.

Συγχαρητήρια στον ιδιοκτήτη που έφτιαξε μία τόσο καταπληκτική εγκατάσταση στο Μπάνσκο εύχομαι να βρει και το κατάλληλο προσωπικό ώστε να πάρει τη θέση μου το αξίζει. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάω!!!
