Liked it very much.
It would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room and at least one English TV channel as not much on in town in the evenings.

Decent hotel located centrally in town

Mountain wonder
Posted 17 Jul 2019 on HotelsA few days in a spectacular area of Slovakia. Kachelman was fine for us, although the stairs forluggge were hard rd up 3 flights. Staff tried well with English for us with no Slovak. Oops in restaurant, including breakfast was great local style.

Interesting little town
Posted 10 Jul 2019 on HotelsIt is an interesting little town and the penzion was a good location for walking to town. It was possible to take the tourist train to various tourist sites. We had a nice lunch in the attached restaurant and an excellent pizza dinner, also part of their business. Our room was clean & comfortable, we were pleased to have our laundry done while staying there.
