พึ่งเคยมาพักครั้งแรก ที่นอนนุ่มมาก นอนสบาย ห้องสะอาด บริการประทับใจ โดยรวมดีมาก มีโอกาสจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน แต่เสียดายไม่มีอ่างอาบน้ำ

Bad service

Bad serviced. Booked a deluxe room but when check in the staff said no booking and rooms were full. So i have to stayed the standard room which looked like a dormitory room. They said will return me money but in the morning they gave only 50 baht back. Staffs are terrible and bad manner.

Dear valued customer, First of all, Thank you for your comment. Refer to your stayed with us in June1,2018 , we would like to clarified that.. 1. We just received booking email from Hotels.com in June2, 2018 at 9.00 am (you book in June1,2018). Therefore, we did not know your booking before and did not reserve the room for you. 2. According to check-in condition that show on the website, check-in time is 2.00-8.00 pm. only and if customer would like to late check-in, customer have to inform the hotel first. but you were not and came to check in at 0.30 am in June2, 2018 that means you were late check in. 3. According to our price rate of our hotel, There are 2 types of room that are 1. Deluxe room (890THB) 2. Standard room (850THB) And the room that you booked is Deluxe room type, but in that day the rooms were full, so our staff provided you to stay in standard room instead and return your money back for 50 THB for the different room type (Actually the differentiate of price between 2 types of room is only 40 THB) However, we have to sorry for your inconvenience and we promise to improve our service to be better than ever.
