Very good location and thats it. A girl in the reception was kind and helpfull.
Room smels bad and is in bad condition, shower drain blocked. Pictures you can see here were taken long, long time ago.
But if you like when something bites you at night it will be good choice 😆

Kind of neglected and sad.
Posted 3 Mar 2019 on HotelsJust seems like no one cares about the entrance appearance. Run down and shabby. Room was ok. TV and A/C worked. Hot water in shower. Could look so much nicer with a good scrub, some fresh paint and a few plants! Get rid of broken and worn out furniture in lobby area. Just ok for a short stay.

We were positively surprised about this hotel. The access to it and the front is not the best one, but when you are already in your room, you're very surprised. The rooms are great, with AC, TV and even a refrigerator. For those who don't like cold showers, they also have hot water. The decoration and the furniture in the room are really nice and modern. Even if it is directly behind the Khaosan Road, you can barely hear the noise from there. If you are in Bangkok and want to party and have a hotel right next to the party zone where you can also relax, this is definitely the place. If you need a taxi/transfer to the airport, the staff will also help you book it. Even if we only stayed for 1 night, we really enjoyed it and will come back for sure.

Ok but slippery bathroom
Posted 3 Apr 2018 on HotelsHotel location is good, no real problems with the room. But the bathroom floor is an ice rink i fell over and limped with a sore hip and elbow until now. My advice be careful

Awful place. I demand full refund of 4 nights
Posted 29 Jan 2018AWFUL experiece in Sawasdee. Took us almost 1 hour to find the place. No proper direction. The booking pictures online looks nice however, the actual hotel was beyond disaster! The front desk was rude he didn't even assist us in our room. He just made me sign the check-in papers. When we got inside room was dirty, bedsheets looked like it was used and not washed. And there were large mosquitos and room smelled bad. We left right away and did not sleep in this hotel and went to find another one.
You should not have asked for payment during online booking. I booked and payed 4 night and my card was charged in full though I did not stay in Sawasdee Banglumpoo. If I could get a full refund I demand for it.
