The attention to the customer was near perfection. The elegance of the hotel, the artwork, the music, the hotel's scent was all five stars. The hotel in general was peaceful and relaxing. Definitely would consider staying there again.

Best service and facilities (and value) I've had of any hotel I've been to. The area is short walk from the red light district and quite a commercial area (more shopping as less great places to eat) - this was a shortcoming for me but depends what you're after.

Staff are very attentive and friendly. Location is perfect , connects to sky train and Central Embassy is next door, 5-10 mins walk to Central World. Cleanliness in the room is the only issue we had, some of the towels are kind of old and there are some stains in the shower stall. If they can provide some fruits in the room daily will be nice.

Beautiful property very conveniently located to take the BRT and to walk to many malls /restaurants. We are Expedia Platinum and did get early check in and a room upgrade. However we were given a room next to a service area so heard noises from staff at odd times and carpet in hall seemed to have a musty smell as off the carpet got wet and didn’t dry properly. Biggest complaint is that we were supposed to receive a free breakfast daily because of our VIP status but were told their “contract” with Expedia did not include this. For an Expedia customer we would never have know this and may have made a different room choice. They did give us a complimentary breakfast for the first morning. Again hotel was beautiful, staff friendly and an excellent location to take the train and above ground walkways. We stayed there 6 nights and think we should have been given a better room location and the complimentary breakfast should have been honored.
