We were due to check out at noon. The hotel was empty. We asked if we could extend our check out time and check out 5-00pm. They said yes but THB1,000 was the cost. This seemed exploitative as most hotels have very few guests.

Rooms and pool need renovations

Good location however pool needs attention, room was average, gym running machines need a service or update. Staff are very friendly. We have stayed there several times in the past, the room was ordinary, had better rooms in the past. The pool tiles are loose and edging broken. Room 2301 shower needs plumbing updated, and general room renovation. Heavy smoke smell noted in Master bedroom aircon on occasions from other guests in another rooms are smoking, master aircons must be linked. Regular clients should be offered an upgrade or other Incentives. Nice pleasant stay overall.

Box antique tv, poor amenities at toilet, wc shower hose 10% effective, freezer same as normal fridge - not at all cold

Too old furniture and bathroom. The appartment need to be refreshed even if it was spacious and still comfortable.
