Beautiful hotel! I love that you can check in anytime! Staff is incredibly helpful. Location is perfect if traveling out of airport. Easy shuttle.

Good location for the Airport (BKK) we spent one night here in between a late-night arrival and an early morning departure the next day. There was a hotel shuttle bus to the airport and so while the airport Terminal is very close the shuttle seemed to be better then trying to navigate roads etc to get there. Staff were nice and friendly and they helped us a great deal with our need for a wheelchair to get us to the airport check-in desk. Room service was ok. The rooms were starting to get a little tired and could use a face lift, but for the few hours we were in Bangkok on the way hone it was an ideal airport hotel.

24 hour check in is so convenient for flights. The shuttle was very convenient, and the walk to the airport isnt too far either. Appreciated the multiple bottles of water provided. Rooms were large.
