Beautiful clean and amazing selection for breakfast just bad location / far from everything

The rooftop bar has a world-class view. The dining in general at the hotel is fantastic. The location is near many attractions. There is also a market walking distance from the hotel which added to the convenience.

Housekeeping services were sub standard to say least. Had to call reception to get room cleaned. Used towels were not removed. Dust everywhere. Lifts take forever to come. Not at all a 5 star property.

The staff at the property was really good. Our room wasn't ready upon arrival but it was also New Year's Eve and the hotel was very busy. In general the room was very nice and clean, hotel staff was great. Roof top view was very nice.
