Lication is excellent, 200 m from BTS. Rooms are very small but clean. Lobby could have an upgrade. Simple breakfast with espresso coffee machine.

Cute boutique hotel
Posted 18 Dec 2023 on HotelsComfortable enough but be warned this hotel is right next to the Sky Train. I was on the 4th floor and it was literally right outside my window which makes the whole building shake when it goes by. It’s also on the corner of a very busy intersection which makes for a very noisy night. It was fine for me because I had earplugs but I didn’t see any other reviews that mention this, so be prepared. Other than that, the staff is lovely, the location is convenient and comes with free breakfast.

All buildings along Sukhumvit main street are experiencing the same situation to compensate with the convenience and safety for travelers where travelers can only walk to get on skytrain or grab a taxi to commute in Bangkok.

Not worth the price. Very tiny room with limited ventilation, borderline claustrophobic. Amenities were below basic. Take about 25 minutes train ride to Nana plaza.

Our guest room is city-style room, not that big compared to 5 star hotel where you will need to pay triple price during high season but we do provide all standard amenity for 3 star hotel as stated.

Good location, friendly staffs
Posted 26 Jan 2023 on HotelsNo complaint with the price paid. Basic hotel, good location (about 5mins walk to bts phra kanong), next to Family Mart (but it closes at 11pm nowadays).
Hot shower not working on first day, but after telling the receptionist it was fixed the next day.
Recommended to those travel with budget and want to still have a good stay.
