The resort is beautiful. I stayed for only a few hours before catching my flight back home. We wanted somewhere to unwind for a bit, freshen up and use the pool. There’s a 7Eleven about less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel for all your essentials. There’s also a street-side food stall along the way to 7Eleven.

I was asked to provide a deposit for room incidentals charges which I put on my Amex non-issue but upon receiving my room key x1 I asked for a second key for my wife and I was then asked for another 200 bath fornthebolastic key extra. I was surprised and asked why the incident deposit was not used to charge me if I did not return the plastic room keys. No answer a smile and a manager said it was ok, no need for extra.
Very confusing and never faced this double security deposit!
All good but very annoying checking in the process with that last request!

The pool area was beautiful. The convenience store located in the lobby was very nice to have the staff was excellent.

The hotel was beautiful. The amenities were awesome. The staff was very friendly. My only complaint was that there was no hot water for showering only Luke warm.
