I’ve stayed in Citadines in Japan and they are much nicer. Very noisy, it was seeping in the room from the hallway. Shower pressure was very low. Only plus was the kitchen.

Great hotel for families or groups of friends traveling! Stayed here with my husband, mum and best friend and each of us had our own bed and comfortable room space. My husband and I took the master room with queen bed and my mum and friend room the second bedroom with two twin beds. Everything was very comfortable and having the kitchen was super convenient. We went to 7/11 and got congee and croissants to heat up in the microwave for the morning - were able to make some eggs as well. And it was nice to store left overs in the fridge and eat them later. Laundry was nice option to have also, although there is only one washing machine and 2 dryers for the hotel so you may have to wait occasionally. Pool was great! Much needed after a hot day exploring Bangkok!
Tuk tuk to the top of the street was great also. Area is the red light district so very noisy and crowded at night with lots of tourists and working girls. Still very safe but if you’re not there to party, might feel awkward. My mum is Thai so we didn’t feel uncomfortable at all but this is the first time we have stayed in that area - we usually stay around sukhumvit 22 or 24. Overall would stay again if traveling with a group. If just traveling with my husband, maybe would splurge on a more romantic hotel in different district.

Cleaned and tucked away from the main street Sukhumvit road. But less than 5 mins on foot to the main street. And because it tucked away in the back alley, it was quiet. 7-11 eleven is across from the hotel, 4-5 restaurants and 4-5 massage places all on the same road w/ laundry service. Nana BTS is just 5 mins walk away (to the main street).

I didn’t receive an upgrade but the hotel staff and the room I had was perfect . It was like living in a small apartment. I liked the free tuk tuk to the main road really nice service. I received a welcome package with soup , cerial , milk and a cola . I would recommend this hotel and stay here again .
