We love this hotel so much, the hotel is close to everything, you can take the hotel’s boat shuttle to the BTS train station or tourist ferry to Chinatown, temples or Khaoshan Rd,, everywhere is very convenience.
The staffs are very friendly and helpful, we stayed there for 6 nights with no problems at all, we did not want to leave, we will stay there again next time when we go back Bangkok. Thank you so much Chatrium team!!

Staff was so
Friendly. Check in quick and easy. View from our room, riverside was phenomenal. Everyday we had a shuttle from the hotel to take us to the train station where we could either hop on the sky train or the ferry. And the shuttle comes every half hr to pick up so we never had to worry about finding a taxi back to the hotel. Highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be going back

This is my second time in seven years staying here. I love this hotel. Great breakfast, great dinner, wonderful staff, and the one bedroom suites are huge and comfortable.

I was under the impression because it was Thailand so it’s not gonna be a hotel like American Standerd like a Hilton, but I always stayed in Hilton and I thought Hilton was the only property that has the best service, but this property had as good if not better than a Hilton, they were great, and I would highly recommend Everyone great location great property very clean very friendly staff breakfast was amazing everything you can ask for it so I rated number one I travel quite a bit around the world and this one I consider one of the top rated hotel that I’ve been to
