Only stayed when night since it was close to the airport, staff very friendly and polite at front desk and at front entrance, the dining area for breakfast is nice, open and bright but the breakfast was okay, the room ventilation was not clean.

The man working when I arrived wasn’t very helpful or friendly - I wasn’t told about the wifi, or any options for food as it turned out their restaurant was already closed, or anything else. Just made to wait for ages to check in. My taxi driver also asked if they would give him change because I only had larger notes from the ATM and they refused even though I’m sure they would have had some.
The room was clean enough but the bed was so hard and uncomfortable.
The woman working at the front desk in the morning was lovely and much much friendlier than the man the night before!
It’s not super close to the airport for an airport hotel either - still took 20 minutes in the taxi, so not as convenient as it could be

Very clean and cross the street from Lotus shopping center. The only wish is that they have escalator at the cross bridges to lotus.
