Safe and room are nice. Slightly in an area away from busy streets. Would have to walk a long path to busy street. However they can give you a tuk tuk or taxi to drop you on busy st for free. It's a plus

With the free breakfast included with the booking we were denied the buffet breakfast even after the dining staff checked with the front desk. Zero VIP benefits that were included also. Nice clean hotel down through an alley.

The hotel is tucked down a small peaceful side road, but within a few minutes walk your where the action is. Great location.
