Nice, clean hotel far from downtown Bangkok

A very clean hotel with excellent staff. The downside to this hotel was the amount that noise travels in the hallways. We were woken up every night of our stay by guests slamming doors or talking loudly in the hallways. Otherwise a very good experience

Very Poor Experiance and disappointed.

I want our refund for the stay at NY City Resort and Spa reasons there isn't any Resort and Spa facilities, staffs have lauange problems no one speak English and felt isolated, furthermore hotel have serious issues I am stressing that that hotel is experiances Health and Safety breach, worst expereance in all my traveal, there are other more serious issues, if you like to discuss then contact me. Sorry Thank you.

Pros: There was a washer and dryer on our floor free to use which would be nice for a before leaving use.
Cons: The breakfast buffet could use more fresh fruit.
Location: It is near the airport and shopping mall is a couple of blocks away.
We asked for late check in and we got in very late. They also upgraded our room to a suite, as to a mistake in booking on their part.

Vänlig personal som verkade förstå engelska hyfsat. Frukosten öppnade kl 06.00. Det är det enda positiva med hotellet. Frukostbuffén var asiatisk, men det fanns rostat bröd, te och marmelad. Man krävde kontant betalning, inga kort accepterades!! Man hänvisades till en närbelägen ATM, men de hade ingen växel att ge tillbaka på de 1000-lappar man fick från ATMen. Hur osmidiga som helst. Visa av erfarenhet från gårdagen bad vi om taxi till kl 06.30 när vi gick till frukost 06.00 för att ta ett tidigt plan. Det gick inte. Vi måste först äta frukost, så att vi var klara. Taxin dröjde 15 minuter, men det tog ännu längre tid att checka ut eftersom de bara tog kontanter och saknade växelkassa. Oacceptabelt! Kommer aldrig återvända till detta hotell.
