Not the room I booked, asked for king bed and given 2 doubles. Staff offered to push the 2 beds together as a fix.. poor for what is suppose to be a class leading hotel,, no power point worked in the bathroom, wife had to dry her hair in the kitchen area. Not what I recieved on my first stay there last trip.

We were disappointed with check in as we were told to take a seat and no one came to help us. When we asked it was clear they forgot about us. The manager rectified by proving us with drink vouchers for sky bar. One day our room had not been cleaned by 3pm . Once we called reception this was taken care of immediately. Otherwise the location and property is overall an excellent choice.

Vip access was two can of beer brought to room after an hour, the lounge at tower club food is very limited, drinks are good , but not worth the extra money

Not allot of walkable benefits and the top floors only cater for very high end.

The service was inconsistent … especially at breakfast. Some days you’d get coffee, other days you’d have to ask and wait. Overall the hotel is nice and big however expected more
