In heneral is fine . But I don't like the clean of the room. Look like need some kind of better clean or renovation for look like a litter bit better.
The staff is very nice and kindness.

Pros: Spa pricing is quite reasonable
Cons: service
My room was not ready even though it was stated that I could check in by 1 pm. I have to wait about 20 minutes.I stayed in 5th floor, a floor below the cafeteria. It was very noisy early in the morning with the sound of people pushing trolley or tables.

Bandung not the best hotel by far
Posted 30 Jul 2016 on HotelsThe room was damp and there were signs that the bathroom had not been cleaned properly along with the shower retaining water and not running down to the waste pipe properly.
The bed linen was not clean and so we had that changed.

The room is clean and comfortable. Variety of choices for breakfast. Good hotel for westerners.
