Everything about the check in and room stay experience was great and value for money. The room is family friendly. The convenience of being connected to the sunway pyramid mall and location was a bonus. Nearby shops, eateries and pharmacy just across.
Parking is abit disappointing to have to pay season parking 15rm per day though despite being guests. Should look into absorbing costs for those drive and check in for a more enjoyable experience.
Suggestion to improve:
1)lobby area fragrance smell too overwhelming. To look into it. May not appeal to mass public.
2) breakfast buffet is not at this hotel, have to walk over to hotel. But issue is price to purchase additional pax breakfast does not tally with 3rd party travel websites vs over counter prices. Do tidy up this info with your partners as its a big difference. Different travel apps showing different pricing. So guests wont have to make the long walk only to find the prices are more expensive than listed.
3) some crowd control at hotel breakfast entrance just outside the lift start to be bottleneck

Have been staying with this hotel for all my KL trips. Hotel is pleasant to stay and easily accessible since it’s attach to a mall

No problem with the property, but issues with online reservation system caused me to basically pay a full day more than my stay due to virtual system mistake. Be careful booking via online services, they do not cooperate with issues.
