The property is in bad condition as a newer hotel.
Need to replace all the bed linens and towels urgently (lots different stains on them).
Bathroom needs upgrade.
The only good thing about this property is the location.

Good location walking distance to mall
Posted 28 Sep 2016As soon as I entered the room the smell cigarette was so strong. My room suppose to be no smoking. The bathroom was flooded. The carpet was so dirty. I was there for 5 days never seen employee vacuum or clean the carpet. I was asking for water since 9 PM till I'm checking out the water never send to my room. Overall the employees was really friendly.

Good but....
Posted 28 May 2016 on HotelsEverything is quite good unless the elevator. The hotel has 4 elevators for guest but only one that operated, they said the three were in maintenance. It made us waiting too long just for moving from our floor to another especially at weekend.

Pretty good for Horison

Excellent Hotel

Pros: Pool, breakfast, conditions
Cons: Maybe the hotel could think about drinking water ...? Maybe larger containers where we can refill jugs? Would help to cut down on plastic.
Location: Not a terrific location in terms of activities. However, it's in the centre of town. Worked for me.
Everything was great - room, staff, etc. The swimming pool is wonderful! And the breakfast is the best I've seen anywhere in the world - amazing.

Location: Makan dan hiburan
Saat melakukan pekerjaan dinas sangat tepat mengambil hotel horison ini, lataknya stragtegis, tidak susah mencari tempat makan, tempat keramaian kota, dan hiburan setelah seharian melakukan aktivitas pekerjaan
