Historic and quaint. Not the place to come if you want modern or a night life. You’re 8 miles from town with no easy way to get there. (We took a taxi). But it was beautiful and exactly what we were looking forward to—the English countryside.

Beautiful grounds, great pub garden for a sunny day and incredible sunset views. Free breakfast included is a great touch. The room was really cute and comfy, staff were really polite and helpful, lovely venue.

Fab location and gorgeous property. No watdrobes in the rooms. Noisy fridge in bedroom. Dinner amazing. Breakfast not so good. Expensive for what it was. Staff were lovely.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Great circular walk before a delicious breakfast. Friendly staff
