Front desk assistant was amazing and made everything so much easier on June 16th when I got there at 6pm! Amazing service!

I booked this hotel because it had an airport shuttle only to find out that there was no shuttle service that night because the driver was off that day.

very loud noisy sound in the middle of night, and shuttle driver is rude.

Had trouble with key entry, Bathroom had hair in the tub when I arrived,,,

Overall, the property was pretty nice. There were some issues though: No place to park on Friday night when we arrived; our room's refrigerator was pretty beat up; the microwave was damaged; the couch and ottoman had some small holes in it; one of the closet doors was coming off its hinge; and we could hear the people above us quite a bit our entire stay. We did love the layout of our room and the fact that it had a full kitchen; that is the main reason that we picked it and also because it was located near BWI.

Traveled there specifically for the pool and the pool was closed. Was supposed to be credited a free night but could never get in touch with a manager for approval. Location was great but it was a waste of time due to the pool situation.

Family of four stuck in BWI overnight due to weather related cancellation of our flight. After seeing a 8.4 rating and a 1 bedroom suite available so booked it. Our first room assignment was directly across the hall from a Domestic Violence with 2 police officers call where the front desk had to “lock the women out of their room because they were avoiding the officers”. I told her “we’d have to step over the meth head to enter our room, the woman was being yelled at by the officer because the name she was giving didn’t match her ID and I did not love that my children just had to witness that.” She said she’d reassign our room to a different building. I was not happy she chose the first assignment in the first place knowing the police were on scene and they had to lock them out of the room. She apologized and said she’d find us a “nice room” Once in the new room it was terribly used and damaged. I hope the red stains on the sofa bed mattress and carpet was just juice or wine, there was white sticky candy or frosting in the carpet, the sofa cushions looked like they were chewed on by a dog. My children slept ON TOP of the sofa since the mattress was disgusting! This was a “nice room”????? So gross!
