Just needs a refresh. Shower door was broken, under sink needed painted. The place is nice just could use a refresher.

I enjoyed my stay at Embassy Suites. The property was in a great location, the hotel is beautiful, and the breakfast was simply delicious. The only downside was that the cleaning staff didn’t bring new towels during my two day stay. I would stay here again

The first room we were assigned was not handicap assessable as requested. There was no internet. In addition, the room was not ready upon arrival. A room was made available after 4:22 pm. The room we were given was also assigned to another party. It was frightening to have strangers access the room. According to the front desk, they assigned us the wrong room, number 620 and we were supposed to be in room 325 which they said was also not handicap assessable. At the point we decided to go to sleep, we found that the bed was damp and had the scent of urine. We were moved to a room another room. The next morning I awoke to hundreds and hundreds of ants all over the night stand next to where I was sleeping, and we sighted ants through out the unit. We contacted the front desk and were told that the manger was on the way up. The manager never came. Two hours later we called the front desk again without any solution. We contacted the main office for the Embassy Suites who contacted the front desk. Hours had passed, ants were in my luggage and toiletries. The front desk offered to move us to a third room. We asked for a refund and was told to call Expedia. It has been more than 72 hours without resolution. The "Staff" failed us! The property was not sanitary and has an infestation. We did not stay the 2nd night, the experience was beyond stressful at a time when I needed a quiet and relaxing moment. I Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
