The room & facilities were good as was the parking. The staff were excellent. However, there were some problems with the wifi, which I was told, should be a short term problem.

The shower had mold in the grout and on the wall above the shower. The carpet had stains on it. The bed was comfortable enough and was clean

The only thing was the aircon in my room did not seem to get too cold and the shower not hot water almost cold

We paid for 5ppl but were only supplied with 2 towels, we had to ask for more.
We also had to ask for toilet paper as we were only supplied with a very small amount on the roll with no spare roll supplied.
At 9.30am on day of departure I had the cleaner walk into my room unannounced while we were still in the room (check out is 10am).
Rooms could be cleaner, there was a dirty handprint on the wall in bathroom that looked like mud (I hope it was mud).
We checked in on an extremely hot day & the AC hadn’t been turned on for us prior, not a necessity but it would have been nice to walk into a cool room instead of a stuffy hot room, the AC then struggled to cool the room down.
Rooms are old & dated but ok for the price
