Annoying situation
Posted 30 Sep 2021 on HotelsI was not happy with breakfast situation. There were no Covid-19 restrictions. People remained seated after eating just to chat with friends and Family, loudly, all mask less. There were little kids running around mask less, screaming, touching and coughing on buffet food. Staff and parents did nothing to stop them, even after I complained. This happened every single day of my 3-night stay.

Cobranças inaceitáveis
Posted 21 Feb 2021 on HotelsEu dei 3 estrelas para o hotel pq eles me cobraram R$150 POR DIA para receber alguém que estava apenas me visitando. Achei esse valor ridiculo e por isso provavelmente não me hospedaria mais nesse hotel.

Great
Posted 23 Jun 2020 on HotelsGreat stay. Only 48 units, very new (less than 2 years operation). Small but convenient. Close to the beach. The view is not the best but the price is affordable.

Great location, very clean and organized, very new to the staff is friendly. I’ll def stay here next time in Balneário.
