Hidden Gem

Don’t go
Posted 20 Mar 2023 on HotelsProperty doesn’t want to take any responsibility for covid I would stay away as I’m sure there would be people the would go ahead and stay if they had it, I contacted them 2 days before and no response plus hotels.com could get in contact with them either. I wanted to stay away a I tested positive.

We didn't receive any communication from you before your stay - we texted you with check in details and received no reply, we also have a phone number, email address and our social media channels which you could have used to contact us. Hotels.com contacted us two days AFTER your reservation date to inform us you had covid and would like a refund. We try to accommodate guests as best we can but I'm afraid we need some notice to rearrange your stay. We take covid seriously and the property is thoroughly cleaned before and after all guests.
