Just so nice there. Even though the park was packed it was quiet when needed to be and so friendly .

I liked the privacy. the internet WiFi wasn't great though.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The venue and all facilities were clean and tidy. Safe, family and kid friendly. Will definitely stay there when next in Ballarat.

There is so much to do, kids cant get bored.. staff were amazing and fixed our problem straight away.. we are planning our next stay there

Posted 3 Aug 2022 on HotelsHeater did not warm up the cabin and we had one of the coldest weekends. The room was lucky to reach 15, just take the edge off. That was leaving the heater on. Not enough blankets to keep us a warm.
Was lucky to have an electric blanket.
