Thin walls , can hear people coughing in next room . Guest hang out the front smoking and talking till all hours,management were notified but nothing seem to be done . Would not stay again .

Our walls are constructed with autoclaved aerated concrete blocks designed to reduce noise transmission, although some sounds may travel through open windows or doors.We enforce a strict no-noise policy from 9pm to 8am. Upon receiving your complaint at 11:05pm, we immediately attempted to address the issue by contacting the occupant of the adjacent room; however, we were unable to get a response as the senior lady was already asleep. Our site manager conducted a thorough check of the surrounding rooms the following morning and issued warnings accordingly to rooms 1 & 2.We regret that we were not able to resolve the matter more promptly and understand this may have affected your experience. We appreciate your feedback and will strive to improve our response protocols to ensure a peaceful environment for all our guests.Best regards,

Curtains were too small to cover the window entirely. Both shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower were empty.

This motel is very convenient, well located, clean and clearly well cared for. Unfortunately we had a very long aggressive argument taking place outside our room through much of the first half of the night, a radio that went on at 4.30am in another room and then a loud business call directly outside our window at 6am. It was not a restful night and we moved accommodation. We were not able to get refunded for the remainder of our stay.

helpful staff when things go wrong. bit pricey for what you get...the playground is across the road.quiet location and only a short drive to all the fun places.

Stay was good. Only thing missing was plates. Had a jug , toaster, cups and saucers but no plates for toast.

First time I have stayed in a property where staff have kept a spare room between guests (so quiet) when the property is not at capacity. An older motel, but money being spent lifting the standard. New air-con and TV. Beds very comfortable, good quality woolen blankets. Great range of spreads for toast (butter, jams vegemite). Will definitely stay here again.
