"Overall, I had a good experience during my stay at Malate Bayview Hotel. The living room and bedroom areas were very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. A special mention to Mel, who was very responsive and helpful throughout – great customer service! However, the bathroom could use some improvement. It was a bit slippery and not as clean as the rest of the unit. Addressing this would definitely enhance the overall experience. Still, I appreciated the hospitality and the cleanliness of the main areas. With a few adjustments, it could be even better."
