Waste of Money

One of the worst properties I have stayed. I will neither recommend nor would be staying there again. The staff at the reception area is good but the ones in the restaurant are useless. The supposedly Free Breakfast is not meant to cater to international people. The lay is basically for local people though they speak and understand English when they want to otherwise it is "TIDAK MENGERTI PAK". In rooms the towels are worn out (seems are in use since hotel was opened). No hand towels, dirty WC, stinking wash area.

I choose Astara because of the location. The hotel is located at Balikpapan Super Block (BSB) where you can find various restaurants, malls, mini markets, hypermarkets, etc. The hotel room is small compared to the same rate hotel in the BSB area but the types of furniture are quite modern. Room service needs more to pay attention to clean around the bed area where in some cases I found dust and small spider web residual on it.

I couldn’t get mobile phone reception in my room and there are no fitness facilities onsite. Staff are helpful and friendly but rooms are noisy as the rooms and hallway are all tiled and not sound proof.

Everything is great . hanya breakfast nya kurang aneka ragam ... macam2 nya Customer pasti suka kalo breakfast nya ber aneka ragam . Itulah cara menarik banyak customer . Kalo sudah bisa seperti itu penilaiannya sangat excellent .

서비스 수준이 너무 낮은 호텔

체크인하러 4시에 도착했음에도 체크인하는데 30분이 더 걸렸고, 객실에는 타월 하나 구비돼 있지 않았다. 타월을 요청하여도 2시간이 넘게 갖다주지 않아서 재차 요청했더니, 그러고 30분에 가져다 주었다. 객실 청결상태도 깨끗하지 않아서 사용하는데 기분이 그리 좋지 않았다. 전체적으로 서비스 수준이 너무 앚은 호텔이었다.

リーズナブルだがシャワールームに難あり

大型モールに隣接しており、食事の場所を探すのには困りません。 シャワーカーテンが無いため、トイレにかなり水がかかってしまうのは大きなマイナス点。
