Cramped for 4 persons. Not well maintained. The hut smells fusty.
However, water supply is ok, heater is working fine. Job, the caretaker is accommodating.

Everything is fine, only that the room has a guyabano-like smell. maybe it has something to do with the freshener

- The wifi connection was too slow.
Tv has few channels.
+ Excellent when it comes to location and service.

Posted 20 Apr 2018This truly Filipino accommodation is wonderful. The sound of the surf lulls you to a wonderful sleep. You don't mind the basic accommodation... the staff make your stay an extraordinary experience.

Posted 15 Nov 2017 on Hotelsthe place was quiet and has privacy . i love the nipa ambiNce. staff were accomodating and friendly. i just had a hard time locating it .waze led me to a different area and phone number was incomplte. small room but it has many compartments to place your things.
