Spotless, nicely set up, very nice decor, very friendly owner. It’s my first time staying there. I actually have my own place on the river but was having some work done inside. I’ve also had a number of friends stay there. Everybody has found it to be top notched.

Came to Baldwin to ride the trails. Owners were very helpful with trail and parking information. The motel is small but you can tell they work hard at keeping things updated and clean. It was very hot and humid while we were there and it was great to have an air conditioned room. We will differently come back.

Love this property! 2nd time back. Owners go above and beyond, stay is always casual and personal. Love saying hello to Zowie (sp?) Also!

I must have misread something on the website. It said no pets allowed but, a service dog could be an extra charge. We decided to board our service dog...thank god. Their idea of an extra charge was 200.00 to 250.00. a night. Pretty hefty extra charge

Posted 24 Jul 2023 on HotelsNice little lodge on the river. No frills but we had a nice stay. Parking was minimal. Continental breakfast with toast, bagels, cereal, donuts, juice and coffee. We would stay here again.
