Clean room and building. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food. I only had breakfast and dinner for almost a week. It was very quiet and relaxing ... it is not the season yet though. Very convenient parking solution. We paid in advance and when you approach the gate, the number of your car is automatically recognized, and the gate opens automatically. We loved it! BIH THANK YOU!!!

This is an expensive hotel and it is sad to see/have the feeling that taking your money is the priority instead of offering a service deserving good pay. I've paid for three people but got only two umbrellas at the beach. Absurd, extremely annoying, I think even dangerous, they offer no water at the prepaid, quite expensive, dinner. Except, of course, if you pay extra for it at a rate that can be three times what you pay at a restaurant on the beach.

I like the view from the room balcony. The room is big enough for three persons, and durring the night there were no noises to disturb. Cons: ventilation fan for bathroom was out of order The parking was 20 BGN/day double as the previous year At the dinner the water should be paid separately althought we had haf board.

Hotel staff were unhelpful and generally unconcerned that my wife and I got food poisoning during our stay - we spent most of the holiday in hospital or in bed. The room was not clean and when it asked for it to be cleaned it always felt like they were going out of their way to oblige. The noise every evening from the hotel bar was unbearable - we didn’t sleep until it calmed down around midnight every evening. Overall, very disappointed with our stay. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

5 stars hotel on the level of 3 stars... Lack of any amusements, bad service, impolite, not informed staff.... very disappointing. The hotel was crowded. The facilities were not to be used from the guests of the hotel, only for private parties and functions ... the beach was too far, the rooms not very clean.... I will never go back there

Most staff are friendly and helpful. A few are not and worryingly despise foreigners. My partner is Bulgarian - they didn't realise she was and so heard some shocking comments coming from waiters discussing other non-Bulgarian guests. Too graphic to repeat here. But luckily isolated to a couple of instances at the foyer bar. Rooms are fine, a bit dated decor but clean and functional. Try not to be too picky.. this is good quality Bulgarian standard, but will not directly compare to Western 4 or 5 Star standards. It will be around 3 Star if viewed through that prism. Location fantastic, hotel amenities good, things like the Spa are hugely overpriced by Bulgarian standards - 40-50 Euros for a 60min massage is what we pay in big cities in Western Europe. Just be prepared. At time of writing there's a huge construction site opposite and noise starts around 7am. If your visit is later in 2019 then maybe finished by then.
