Pretty decent size of the rooms. What we didn’t like is the no direct access of transportation , poor customer service and overall condition of the rooms . Very outdated and poor maintenance of the rooms .

Absolutely loved staying here. All of the staff were amazing. All of them tried to speak Enlgih with me and were super nice. The facilities are just amazing!!! Will come back for sure!!!

Love the location. They have complimentary steam room, sauna and pool. Convenient location in an Old City. Close to the Harbor Walk and the tram to the observation deck and Flame Towers. They are offer taxi from the airport for an extra charge, what was really convenient for us. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Also have a rooftop restaurant with a stunning view of the city. Highly recommend.

Excellent Property although staff was forcing us to use Taxi for Airport and wanted to charge 100 Manat while we used Bolt App and paid 16 Manat for same thing.
Trying to cash on tourist at reception is not welcoming at all

Dear guest,You asked about the car of hotel, the minivan price was 100 azn. The staff gave you information that it was a hotels minivan car price. The staff also told you that cars in app are cheaper and you can call it. The cars of hotel are always more expensive than cars in app. It was just the information not force at all and you could choose between the hotels minivan and a taxi in app.

Posted 21 Feb 2023 on HotelsI am satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location and on the fourth floor is the hotel restaurant with an excellent view of the old town and the Caspian Sea. The hotel staff is friendly, accommodating and everything we asked for was met.
