Good stay.. Could have been better!!!
Posted 17 Oct 2019 on HotelsThe stay was good.. it could have been better. The interiors of the room need to be taken care of and need to be repaired. The housekeeping was good on some days and okay on few days. In room dining was slow and one time they totally forgot my order but as a nice gesture they gave me free soft drinks. The breakfast was good and staff always helpful. I requested a late checkout by one hour and was denied saying the hotel the full.. which was not. I would prefer other Marriot properties next time for my stay in Baku being a Marriot Bonvoy member.
