NO TECHNICAL SERVICE

I was staying with family and there was major leakage in Bathroom, I requested next day after sleeping overnight & my booking was for 2 night
But when i realized the leakage overnight i complained on the reception
They said We must have reported during check in
We dint get repair or replace room.

The property has improved since my last visit. The staff's English wasn't quite as good as last time but was not a problem.
Could have done with the bar being open later but there are other places to go.
Staff were extremely helpful.

The front desk staff including manager are very unprofessional. Always want money. I had to pay 150€ for couple of extra hours that I requested for late check out.

We also understand for early C\in and for late C\out if possible (at low season),
You stayed in our hotel at pick season and early C\in and late C\out was impossible for that dates ,

Great stay

Spacious comfortable rooms with great staff
Posted 27 May 2018We really enjoyed the spacious rooms and helpful staff in this hotel. For tourists who want to walk it is a long way from the waterfront and main attractions so a taxi is required however this is affordable at around 5 manat
