Ok at best
Posted 3 Jun 2019 on HotelsHotel was about 15 mins cab ride from the City Centre. Our room was very big but dated. Though room was non smoking our room smelt strongly of smoke and we had to leave the window open whenever we were in the room. Breakfast wasn't great. Staff were helpful enough

Nice hotel, delicious food, reasonable
Posted 21 Apr 2018I stayed for 4 nights.The check-in was very fast and the room was clean and spacious.The only drawback was its blanket. Overall,it was a momerable journey.

Spacious room
Posted 23 Sep 2017Spacious room lack amenities like hot water for coffee no small towel to bath good breakfast buffet grocery and lots of restaurant nearby but away from tourist site taxi fare need to bargain or get expensive lack hotel concierge

Good economical hotel

Cons: Breakfast
Location: Downtown/City Center is little far but as we used public transport that is super cheap in Baku, so didn't face any problem.
We loved our stay in New Baku Hotel, especially because their staff was super friendly, at front desk I remember Sekina, she was always helpful.
Breakfast still has a room for improvement, room was spacious and location was also good.
