The breakfast and dining was absolutely terrible. The quality of the food at the hotel was extremely low. The type of food was even worse. Motel food would have been better than this.

I gave 2 stars for good smoking balcony in reception Otherwise, it's frustrating. Far from Nizami street, main door's lock was broken We felt like our room was opened to the public , toilet door hinges were fallen, and shower water was too cold. Finally, the furniture wasvery worn out and depressing, as if we are living in the nineties. 😪😪😪

The room was clean and the hotel quiet in off season (December). Breakfast buffet had variety of local choices, and options for omelettes. Local bank next door for currency exchange. Excellent fitness center in adjacent building and great massage. Variety of restaurants within walking distance.

I have been using the hayatt hotel in baku since early 2000,s. The quality has got better and the service is fabulous. Prices are more reasonable than they were as well

It was a nice hotel, but the pool was not open and there were some building works going on around the hotel
