I very regret you did not liked your stay in Anatolia Hotel. Sorry for that. Towels changed one time for every 2 days. This is free of charge.Sometimes staff bring rest of towels later as soon as received cleaned.

only a place to crash for few hours
Posted 26 Jun 2016 on HotelsThis hotel needs complete mentality change, some renovation. Impossible to have a decent standard stay. One (1) semi sized thin towel (towels are cut on half and stitched) for two people, no hot water, no service. Not even a key card you can check the address of the hotel because they are second hand. You cant sleep because of the bangs on the morning doors don't close, personnel talks out loud in front of your dnd room.

Anatolia Hotel is a Tremendous Value
Posted 18 Dec 2015 on HotelsThere is no better value for your money than Hotel Anatolia. Excellent staff, 24 restaurant, and friendly people.

Huge room. Very clean. Well service. Good price.
Posted 15 Oct 2015 on HotelsRoom was clean, breakfast was very good, wifi very fast, stuff was friendly, very good hotel for this price. Nice large rooms, and good bar open all night. It's far away to the city centre, but Ganjlik metro station is just 10 minutes walking to the hotel and it's very cheap.

Never again ...
Posted 7 Sep 2015 on HotelsThe low-lights:
- if this place is to market itself to visitors from the U.K./Canada/the U.S., staff should be able to communicate effectively in English--at this hotel, that was not the case;
- staff had no clue about events or tours in Baku;
- exercise room/tiny pool is kept in darkness--some machines were unusable/broken--no W.C. in the pool area (door was locked shut)--water was cold/no evidence of proper filtering--no towels/locker room available;
- restaurant was poorly staffed, chatting in kitchen with no one in the dining area
--had no knowledge of the "special" advertised in the elevator/refused to honor it until management was contacted--no diet or "light" drinks available--most of menu unavailable;
- hotel is a long walk to the nearest Metro and the street on which is located is in disrepair/unlit at night;
- staff called and asked for payment two days before checking out!
- in no way is the Anatolia Hotel in Baku a "4 Star" hotel--2 at most.
Not only would I not stay at this hotel again, it has given me pause about booking via Hotels.com.
