Desk clerk was rude, couldn't check in until 2:30 no clean rooms till then. Cockroaches, no micro or ref in room as stated

Chair with unclean ripped cushion. First floor where a parking lot gf acing window didn't close fully--it compromised privacy. Unsafe immediate neighborhood with police activity. We were unpleasantly surprised that there were so many issues.

Horrible place to stay. The building is so outdated and old. The room was a joke, dirty sheets, pillows, towels. Curtains had holes in them and the floor was not swept. I would not give this place my money. I would rather sleep in my car than stay there. Lots of homeless/tweakers that stay there.

The staff and service was ok but the room itself was in poor conditions. The mattress OMG! Was lumpy there was only one pillow with no comforter only one sheet and blanket. I had to buy a comforter to not feel the mattress. The bathtub was dirty I had to scrub it myself and mop the floor because they were not cleaned right. And I waited because there were no rooms available even though it had let me reserve the room.
