I was returning from a Campout and had a lot of personal gear in the open bed of my truck roped down. In the morning as I was checking out I saw that some of my gear had been stolen and the ropes removed. The Hotel had cameras on the parking area. I contacted the day manager to report the theft. She had my gear. Apparently their staff during the night saw the attempted theft and intervened and recovered my gear. Great job on part of the Hotel staff

The neighborhood around here was interesting to say the least; the staff was nice, this hotel felt like a regular apartment in the San Fernando Valley, parking was ok, i did like there was security around; it did feel a little overpriced, i did have to leave a $200 deposit which was weird, plus they tacked on a hotel service fee of 3.50 for some reason, but whatever; the breakfast was decent: eggs sausage coffee oj bagels etc, they do have a clean pool but it was too cold to enjoy.

Staff was engaging, busy cleaning & I appreciated the granite bathroom countertop & shower backsplash. The breakfast selection was special with many options. Plus being pet friendly & an affordable price thru Expedia. This was the best motel experience I've had since the fall of 2021 when I've been traveling extensively throughout the western USA.
