First of all I pay for a luxury room the first room they gave me 315 Smells bad cigarette the second one the mattresses I was feeling the springs and my back the AC it was making bad noise loud is about 50 years old. Hopefully I can get that reimbursed.

Pet fee of 40 dollars way to high. I have 2 dogs. Stayed 3 nights. You do the math. And they add 4 dollars tax so 44 a night a dog I can fully board my dogs for 70 a night and they are walked and feed. Just love to take them with. Hotel 6 from now on. Im leaving Best western.

The rooms are very clean but when I got there there were people in my room already

Not the room I booked, dirty and bad smell very poor condition, will not recommend.
