It is a very old hotel and is very beautiful, however the age lends itself to significant mechanical noise. I had stayed here before on the second floor and did not notice this humming noise. Placed on the third floor, it becomes significant. I doubt anything can be done to alleviate the noise! Beautiful, but think of ear plugs!

We loved staying in this beautiful historic hotel. It is one of the most quiet hotels we've ever stayed in, and we were told the rooms are soundproofed to make them quiet for guests. Terrific location close to shops, restaurants and other attractions. Highly recommend.

We are so happy we chose Geiser Grand Hotel for our one night stay. Our room was spacious and brought us back in time to an era of elegance. It’s a beautiful property and the staff we encountered were excellent to interact with.

We all thought the hotel was beautiful. The staff was wonderful .The room was clean excluding the tv and windows.TV was loaded with dust and windows were not clean overlooking the mountains. The food was ok. For the price of the stay and food I expected more. It was a good experience but do not see our family returning.

In fact, the Hotel scored a perfect 100% 3 times in a row on both the rooms and restaurant health inspections! Exterior windows are washed regularly as weather permits; in fact they are scheduled to be done today! To prevent damage to the exterior the window washers have to wait until a clear, calm day without fear of freezing temperatures. Management and servers are committed to providing the best dining and hotel experience. If any guest is disappointed with any aspect of food, beverage or service, and fails to communicate that, then we can't "make it right".
