Great owner and staff. Friendly, helpful and pleasant in every way. Nice night life bar area and a great German style breakfast. Arrived too late for an evening meal but based on how busy the eating areas were I would expect the food to be excellent too. A must stay if anywhere in the area. We drove from Colmar and was well worth the drive.

Very nice hotel and everyone gave us a nice reception. The breakfast was very delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

I never stayed! I tried twice to check in, but no one was around in the afternoon! I had to pay for another hotel to stay at nearby. Went on the 18th and there was still no one available. I lost my money! I only saw this place from the outside, but it looked rundown. Nothing like the photos. I would not recommend this hotel. I lost $114 that I cannot recover.

At least as good as others in the area

I have tried most of the hotels in this area so my standard gripes about the hard base to the bed and lack of a drinks maker or air conditioning in the room are not unusual. It is on a main road but the double glazing and external wooden shutters are 100% effective against any noise and lights. Best shower; hot, powerful and with both the fixed overhead and hand held shower heads. Large restaurant on site (not tried), including outside seating areas. Car park is too small and difficult to maneuver around. Breakfast was typical to what is expected. Wi Fi was great in the evening but did consistently drop out during morning use. Immaculately clean throughout. I will keep trying to find a more luxurious option in the area but if not, this would be the best of the rest and I would use it again.

Erg vriendelijke en behulpzaam, zeer goed eten! Ontbijt iets gematigd maar wel vers, kamers schoon en ruim en hotel zelf gedateerd maar wel schoon

Die Küche ist hervorragend und ausgezeichnete Weine werden serviert. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, in meinem Zimmer funktionierte die Toilettenspülung nicht.
