room was not as expected based on photos posted; early morning noise from dining area with a table just next to our room door.

We enjoyed our family vacation here in Martha's room. They have spacious family room, strong wifi signal, good location and we'll surely go back here. They have very accommodating staff. Keep it up!

Your advertisement is BNB. Wrong it is room only. It stops serving breakfast. My husbands blood pressure shot up to 180/102. We arrived early but can not take us if do not pay 120 pesos for early check in. We sat by the corridor chairs to wait but my husband.s BP still high. I decided to ask them to check us in early and ready to pay them telling them my husband.s condition. So Sara let us in. I found out the extra bed has no pillow and bed cover. I asked for it and Sara said it will cost me 250 pesos. I said yes because we need it. First night I heard a mosquito buzzing on my ear-. I woke up with a mosquito bite on my right arm. The screen in the window is broken as I checked. I was thankful anyways to Sara by giving me info how to get to Baguio Hospital Medical Center to bring my husband to the Emergency Room. We have to checked out from the BNB after one night to go home to watched the BP of my husband after being released from the emergency room of the hospital. We lost 2 nights stay. I give thank to Sara for not charging me the early check in and payment for extra pillow and cover. The place is high for a Senior to walk up. There is a construction going on in front of it. Not a good place for seniors hotel .com. We are very unhappy.

Have a Good Day,Thank you for letting us know about your feedback.For our property rules Early check in is depends on the availability of the rooms,and additional charges for early in,our staff told them that but they refuse to pay then they wanted to wait till 2 pm instead.And their booking from online site is only 2 adults but they came 3 that's why we're asking for 250 for extra person but instead of charging them we charge them free.About breakfast its already indicate in our site that no breakfast included.Building construction is on going in front of our property very noisy yes but its only in daytime so sorry for that.We had checked the window screen and we will try to fix it soon..The room that they choose is not really recommended to senior like them because they have to step on stairs.But we are trying to assist them and giving their needs the best we can.
