Staff are great and polite. Generous in toiletries and bar stocks. Buffet breakfast is delicious as well.

Good food selection on the breakfast buffet but the room we stayed in had dark lighting and carpet needs to be replaced with wood flooring. Can hear other guest talking from other rooms.

There’s a construction across the street and they should work during the day instead at night where we couldn’t sleep well because of the noise but overall the hotel itself is newer than the rest in the area and breakfast is different daily.

Feels like Baguio here
Posted 30 Mar 2023 on HotelsThis hotel is unlike most hotels in Baguio. It is beatifully situated on a mostly quiet hill road. Unfortunately, there is an ongoing construction site in front but overall, the noise was tolerable.
The staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet included was superb.
Some low points were a broken exhaust fan on our original room (they moved us to a bigger room) and a stain on one of the bedsheets (they replaced it immediately)

Nice but very late check in
Posted 26 Feb 2022 on HotelsWe just stay for overnight since it was fully booked the next day. The service was quite nice and the food was okay however, the check was so late at 4:30 pm. This was the first time that I experience that the check in time was so late
