This is a complete imposture. From the pictures online who are completely outdated to the location which is mostly inaccessible, maintenance that is inexistant, ac not working, reptiles, hard as rock beds, cracked chairs, no internet, no local phones( not even to call reception) restaurant is closed. I mean the list goes on and on, and on ...

Nice hotel

You know this was a really nice hotel. It felt like heaven after the terrible bus ride to Bafoussam. The staff is so wonderful and I ended up having a great time with them. And the dining room is pretty cool with the paintings. I slept well there. My negative criticisms were things that turned up again and again with nearly every hotel reservation I made in all of my time in Cameroon and so I can’t directly blame this hotel: you reserve a room and arrive late at night only to learn they gave your room away. Then to put a cherry on top they give you the best room in the hotel to say sorry (so nice of them!) and then the next day they demand that you pay for the nicest room in the hotel and not the one you originally wanted (they gave away). Hahaha. It was all sorted for me but just hold your ground if it happens to you.

5 stars for excellent staff! Apart from that, everything else was disappointing in my experience. But I give a neutral rating in fairness to them as the property is undergoing renovations. I’ll probably stay there again under better circumstances. Kudos to the staff for facilitating me with my booking

Personnels à revoir, surtout à la réception. Ne prennent pas compte les plaintes des clients. Propriétaire / gérant est okay. C'est juste dommage soit obligé de l l'appeler pour des problèmes qui peuvent être gérer par le personnel. Pas d eau chaude et pas de wifi pendant le sejour.
