The view outside it's a relaxing if you don't feel want to go out. This is my 6th. times to stay at this hotel. But I'm disappointed of the hotel. 1- Internet: It used to be excellent even if you are outside at smoking area. But now hard to connect if you are few steps outside the hotel it's very week even in my room.2- They used to have free coffee at the lobby area now you have to pay 2 euros for small cup. My family came few months ago and they told me coffee it's not free. So, I brought with me my own coffee from home I only took kettle from reception, bought milk from Schiphol airport plaza and took sugar from the lobby area (Luckily they didn't charge me for the sugar hehe) make sure to bring your own coffee. Even when they gave me kettle was inside a bag of tea they don't even bother to check if the kettle clean from inside before they give it to another guest. If someone staying 1 night it's ok don't give him/her any thing. But if someone staying 7 days you should give them at least free bottle of water or chocolate.

The rooms were a good size and very comfortable for the price. The restaurants were excellent as were the friendly vibrant common areas. Staff were fun and helpful!

We love how close the property is to the airport but it doesn't get a lot of noise from the traffic. We made good use of the free shuttle to the airport and loved how often it ran.

When I booked, the hotel description stated that the rooms had air conditioning, but this was not the case. Otherwise, everything was fine. Thank you

The staff in the restaurant was particularly helpful and friendly. Everything was super clean in the whole place. Beds super comfy, loved the flowers growing in the grass around the property. The airport shuttle was super helpful.
