Excellent hotel. The clerk at the front desk was very hospitable and accommodating. Perfect location to tour the city.

This is a beautiful property in a picturesque location. I stayed for one night in a single room which was clean, cozy and very comfortable.
The staff at check in were friendly and knowledgeable, giving restaurant recommendations in the area.
The area around the hotel is beautifully landscaped and perfect for strolling
The breakfast buffet was incredible! Many different options all perfectly displayed.
I highly recommend and would stay here again when in the area

This hotel is centrally located and not far from the Festspielhaus. I was welcomed upon arrival with champagne/cremant, chocolate and friendly service. I appreciated the front desk service and the help that I received when there was an issue with the wi-fi. The front desk found a solution to the problem very quickly and I was very pleased with the outcome.

Hotel is situated in the centre of wonderful Baden-Baden. The hotel still has an Empire feel about it and the rooms are spacious with park view. It is near the Kurhaus and main shopping area , still very quiet. Staff helpful.

Mooi klassiek, authentiek hotel in het centrum van Baden Baden. Ideaal voor een bezoek aan de Festspiele of om Toergenjev of Dostojewski te lezen.
